or maybe you have NO CLUE what happened. it's not good to judge ("obvious poor choices") until you have the whole story.
I know he put his professional career and possibly his freedom on the line by how he chose to celebrate after the divisional playoff game. The absolute best case scenario is that he had a completely innocent encounter with a woman who has decided to try and make something of it because he is famous and rich. From that it is highly likely, that the woman he spent time with is not someone he knows very well.
Even if he did absolutely nothing wrong, by putting himself in that situation he made poor choices. It may not be fair, but it's reality. The more likely situation is that that SOMETHING happened beyond a completely innocent encounter. Whether he actually attacked her in any way remains to be seen. But he at least put himself is a situation where it's her word vs his and quite possibly something happened to inspire her to say he did it.
Whether that's dissing her, pushing her for something she didn't want to do, him NOT wanting to sleep with her or casually dismissing her after they did have sex, or something else is anybody's guess at this point.
But if he just hung out with some of his boys, went home, or had sex with someone he knew and could trust, then he wouldn't be in this situation. So somewhere along the line, he made some poor choices. Period. Even if that poor choice was just thinking with his dick and getting it on with a very willing honey who then went pyscho on him, it was still a poor choice given what he had to lose.
Like it or not, if you are in the public eye (or just if you have money/sucess) and you can be a target for these kind of allegations beyond what anyone hooking up with a random person person faces in such a situation, you owe it to yourself and in this case, your teammates and organization to make better decisions and avoid putting yourself in situations where such accusations may arise.
That's not even considering the fact that he may well have played a role in actually doing something to warrant her accusations. If you don't think poor decsions were involved here, you are either blindly supporting him because you are a fan or just looking for something to argue.
Even if he's completely innocent of any wrongdoing legally, he put himself in a situation where he now has to deal with this, so obviously poor decsions were made in terms of with whom, if not how, he was speding his time after the Packers game. This was an easily avoidable situation that he is only in because of his own decsions.
