How big of a loss will Justin Smith be if he doesn't play?

The last person I'd want injured in the biggest regular season game of the year.
Not worried. PEANUT BUTTER JELLY TIME!
If Smith doesnt play, i think we lose. If he plays, we win.

I think that answers it.
Cowboy??? Theres a reason they call him Cowboy.....whens the last time you seen a Cowboy take a day off??? Dont worry, Ill wait....

I think Aldon is going to have problems getting sacks without Justin.
Next man up. No excuses. We still got this. RJF will have a coming out party.
we'll still win, lol

I have a feeling you may be right.
Gonna need Raymac to play like he did last week & Brooks needs to make a play. He's been quiet since the saint's game. Not having Dobbs will hurt also. RJF gonna have to come up big.

i think we lose without him. there is no reason we can not beat the cards with or without him.. but then i felt there was no reason we could not beat the rams twice and look what occured. That being said, if he does not go tonight, rest him next sunday, hope we beat the cards and have him ok for the playoffs.
We will win and be super impressed at how deep we are.

Then we will realize we were always deep considering how many good players have not played significant time.

does anyone have any film on him getting injured? What happened to his elbow?

I watched the game twice, and the second time one of things I looked for was his injury.

I did not see it happen, but I am a bit blind. at times
i did see him grab Woodhead from behind with one arm, might have hyperextended it.

we are not deep in the d line or in the linebacker position and that should be a worry moving forward
Cowboy is a huge loss but I think RJF will play more than well enough so that you won't notice JS's absence (like Larry Grant did last year when P-Willy went out). He has started due to injury and has played both DE and NT and played well last week.

I'm sure the announcers will screw up his name tho
