I'm more than willing to start cold-calling colleges and setting him up with as many interviews as it takes to get him to go elsewhere at this point.
When can I has the feeling of again knowing that my favorite team has a competent offensive play-caller leading to exciting and unpredictable offense????

Well i think after this game all his NFL offers have dried up... Some desperate college looking to make a splash will call him up soon.

Regardless of this game today, he's still a good HC candidate for next year

Geep Chryst as OC! I said it another thread that you know your OC is bad when play calling is a consistent issue and the defining play of our season last year was created by our QB coach and called in game by him as well when he was aware of a habit Roman Harper standing flat footed at the goal line.
Roman can GTFO

Assuming we're talking about college football, I agree.

Yeah he can leave for the BC or we can trade him for Norv Turner.
Norv is a good Offensive Coordinator, he just sucks as a head coach.

Roman puts any more of these stinkers together and he may be asked to leave.
A 2 year QB isn't going to be able to cover for a bad gameplan.
This is where "IMHO" Smith is always going to be better. Smith has the trust to audible out of crap calls. Kap is a year to two from being able to make those changes.

He's still leaving. He's an awesome OC.
The Rams destroyed out offensive line today and he was trying to think out of the box.
All I gotta say is: 1 yard per carry in the second half for our running backs.

How much does Roman have to do with our success on offense?
If he leaves, will our running game suffer? Will our passing game improve?
Who is the real mastermind behind this scheme, Harbaugh or Roman?
I have no idea if Roman leaving would be good or bad.
