Rogers covers the slot, Cully takes the big WR, and Brown takes the other one. This is when all three of our CBs are on the field. Cully is being groomed for a starting role, and Harbaugh has no problem taking his time with it (see LMJ, AJ Jenkins).

We're second against the pass. It's safe to say we don't need to change anything.

We are in the nickel most of the time anyway. There would be no difference.

Agreed. Brown is our best. He doesn't stand out on the field because he always has his man locked up. QBs never throw his way.
I think it is a big mistake to be giving Rodgers all that money. Right now, he may only be our 3rd best CB.
I agree on Rodgers , but can Brown or Culliver play the slot? Cox has that quick twitch speed to play the slot. When the 49ers come up against those teams with no backfields and five receiver sets they'll need everybody. Having Pat and Bo the DBs don't have to cover the whole field.

Culliver basically starts...he lines up against the other teams best WR most of the time with Rogers in the slot.

I agree Brown is playing lights out defense , and no changes need to be made
but you all have to agree, Culliver hasnt even come close to reaching his ceiling , he can run with the best of them and stay in their chest in coverage
and YES ...this is a very good problem to have , 3 excellent starting corners on our roster
