These two wins were very impressive. In each game the 49ers imposed their will on the opposition. The Defense is getting better than last year. If you're going to run the spread or the run and shoot or the fun n' gun, you play right into their hands. They force you to run and we all know what happens when opposing offenses try that.
As far as the offense is concerned it's light years ahead of last year. Crabtree has stepped up big time and one of the keys is Mario Manningham, he's the real deal, watch him take off. To have any chance against the 49ers you have to run, and that's their greatest strength. This team is looking more and more like a Machine.

Is the 49ers offence to conservative?

I thin getting Manningham more involved is a must. Manningham at this stage seems more sure handed than Delanie "brick hands" Walker. Once Jacobs returns hopefully, this will help keep more drives fluid.

Delanie is no where close to being a brick handed pass catcher. He's usually a pretty reliable receiver. Sometime's they will drop a pass or two. Crabtree let one fall to the turf, but he sure made up for the rest of the night. Let's not be too critical on our guys. Delanie is a very good player.

So far he has dropped a ton of easy catches this year. Maybe it's just first couple game jitters but still. He made the clutch catch vs the Lions last year so we know he has hands but so far he has dropped a lot of easy ones.

You mean like when the giants did the same thing last year during the regular season and we exploited it badly. Harbaugh and Roman know what their doing. It's getting kind of annoying with people constantly calling our offense "conservative" just because we do not throw the ball 40 plus times evey game like the packers and saints. Our offense is anything but conservative. It's not like we're taking straight isolations up the gut every play. Harbaugh and Roman use a variety of formations to create strong running angles and keep defenses on their toes. We have clearly shown an abilty to throw the ball when we need too and as long as we continue to run the ball well, why would we stop. Lets just let our 2-0 record speak for the team shall we.

Yeah I don't know what Delanie's problem is this season so far. Four drops already? On the plus side he has blocked very well in the running game.

you saw how easy we moved the ball down the field on the first drive. I have no doubt in my mind that Harbaugh has a whole playbook worth of plays that he'll only use if need be. LMJ is a great weapon out of the backfield and he hasn't even suited up. Saving him for later.

15 - 3 in the reg season since 2011 I DONT care how conservative the Niners are on Offense would you rather them be 15-3 with this offense or 3 -15 with a High powered offense? aka would you rather have A Smith and the 49ers record or would yourather have C Newton and whatever the Panthers record has been since Newtons played?
My Answer.... A Smith and the Niners 15 - 3 record....

Not really. They're doing what they need to do to win. Like to see them pass a little more (instead of running the ball in certain situations during the games) but without anyone other than VD, Crabtree, Moss and Manningham stepping up, there isn't much more you can do (as there isn't a true #1 WR in that group, maybe VD but he's a TE not a WR). Love to see AJ Jenkins step in and step up soon as a 1st rd pick, cause KW (as WR), Ginn (as WR) and D Walker aren't really doing anything to help the team thus far and probably will not in any significant fashion as the season continues similar to last season.

The defenses are all planning for Randy. they keep him off the field and freeze the opposing team's gameplan. Come playoff time all of the special plays will come out and the defenses won't have any video to analyze us completely. Seems like a genius strategy since we are already proving that we can win without using every weapon.

Lets's cut down on the negatives and enjoy this win. We're 2-0 and we haven't even had are best game yet. There's more to come, it's a long season.
