I honestly think we should be higher.
We still don't get respect. While Detroit is being considered SB contenders and we are not.

Ross Tucker on his ESPN Football Today podcast this morning moved the Niners up 12 spots to 8 this week.
He said that the reason he had them at 20 last week was because when he did the Bengals game, the Niners offense looked horrendous. Though, now after dismantling Tampa and the Bengals going 3-2, he said the Bengals look more legit with a good D, which makes the Bengals win more impressive.
Anyway, Tucker is drinking the kool-aid now.

Detroit is undefeated and have put up huge numbers on offense all season long, with two amazing second half 20 point deficit comebacks this year.
The Niners are just coming on strong the last couple of weeks and struggled mightily the first 3 games into the first half of the Eagles game. Most power rankers have the Niners in the top 10, which is where they belong unless the continue to exert their will on quality opponents.
Also, Detroit has Stafford, whom people absolutely love and has the potential to move up to be a top QB this year... whereas the Niners still have Smith who people still doubt.
