We get the crappiest refs because we're the 49ers. They always send the low-grade officials to do the "crap games" and it's embarrassing. They need to have a FAIR rotation, because the current system is BS.

Nice...a few things stood out instantly...Brooks getting double-teamed all game (still making great plays - that QB sack was classic!), Haralson playing poor (1 tackle this game, an easy dropped INT and off-sides penalty and very little Aldon Smith), Willis still can not cover at all (just looks lost - needs to work with the DB coaches maybe?), Rogers played very well but WR's can get behind him (Caldwell was about to have a career game against us and we Rogers adjusted and shut him down) and Goldson played very well esp. in run support. We still play off too much for easy pitch-and-catch plays. Saw more of Justin Smith standing up and using that bull rush effectively.

He would be better off encouraging him because he dropped one of those jump balls.

OTC, I like that one too as well as the TE drag where VD pretends to block and them drags across the field. There wasn't a guy within 10 yards of him in any direction. Seems to be an underrated play that we don't use enough. Guess you need a lot of time to get that set up though.

on the first play of the second half video....it looks like Alex was determined to hit the FB the whole time...but if you look Vernon was about to be WIDE open for a big gain.

I know that is just one play...but I just feel Alex leaves potential game changing plays on the field.
