My opinion is this:
Generally a first-rounder implies that the player was a great talent out of college. They probably were either athletic specimens, and/or were a complete package.
The fact that we got a lot of them through free agency may imply that they didn't pan out the way their original team intended for them OR were too expensive to keep.
My thought is that if they're relatively young, like say, Braylon Edwards... with the appropriate scheme and coaching staff, things could get very interesting.
