seriously tho whats a solid qb number? young was 8, montana 16, garcia 5, manning 18, vick 7, favre 4, brady 12. any number is good if the guy wearing it is good. 16 was just 16 before montana made it, 16!!!

more QB's need to wear 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, and 17. we need some legends in those numbers.

1 had Moon, 4 had Favre (and Harbaugh), 7 had Elway/Thiesmann/Big Ben, 8 had Young/Aikman, 10 had Tarkenton/Zorn, 11 had Van Brocklin/Simms, 12 had Brady/Bradshaw/Staubach/Namath/Kelly, 13 had Marino/Warner, 14 had Fouts/Tittle/Graham, 15 had Starr, 16 had The Legend himself, 18 had Manning, 19 had Unitas.

that leaves 6 numbers open for a new legend. spread it around!
