What he did for South Florida was pretty amazing
there is an article out there somewhere about the type of player attributes he likes for each defensive position, sorry no link,but it was a good read
In his system, 4-3, he emphasized having fast (OLB type) DE's
He wanted his fastest, most agressive LB at Will, and a big run stuffer at Mike
Just think about the plays Willis would make as a 4-3 Will
I realize Fangio is in charge and Niners prob stay in a 3-4 but fun to speculate
