I'm confused on our playoff situation

What about someone winning the division at 6-10... is that possible?

Nope. Seahawks play the Rams week 17. One of them would end up with 7 wins.
So if we lose to the Rams this week and Seattle loses its next wo, does that mean the Rams make it?

I think so, Dingle.

if the Rams win their next 2 games they are in

if the Seahawks win their next 2 games they are in

The niners only make it by winning out and the seahawks losing one more game

We have to win out. If we lose to the rams this week then we are down 2 games with one week to play. Yes, the Rams would be divison champs.

If the Rams and Seahawks win their last two games, they'll still be tied so you have to go to the tie breaker rule. So, techically they both can't be in, only one can go.

not possible since they play each other the final week
I would think that if we beat st. louis then, and they beat seattle...we win the division, but if it goes the other way and seattle wins, then we lose out since we were even against them. If we win out, we have the best division record....so...like oakland, who is freak'n undefeated in the division we would get the nod, but there is no way they are letting a sub .500 team in the playoffs...it wont happen.

It's a powerhouse division this year, no argument!

If the Niners and seahawks win out the seahawks would go because they would be 8-8 and we would be 7-9
How the heck are people still confused?

Playoff scenarios have been on this board for the past 6 weeks!!
