at least he made an incredible play in intercepting the ball in the first place, Ryan was ready to drive down field anyway.....and Nate also had a great game leading up to that...and so did most of our defense...even Haralson played well....and for a Rookie Taylor Mays did fine for his first ever start
what did Alex do to help the team to win today?
Nate lost the game today. The 49ers were in the lead. Its on Nate.
well if you want to get like that....well we were still in the lead after that fumble..
THEN WHO DO YOU WANT TO BLAME NOW?????? NATE Again??
I don't know what your problem is 9erJim....but I don't remember you ever being this dense.
Nate a Vet, he goes down we win. what part of that you dont get? He screwed up. Late in the game in a tight game on the road a vet should know better. He cost the 49ers the game. He makes huge $$$. he screwed up.
Alex is a Vet...he makes huge $$$...his INTs put the Falcons in good field position...while our Defense was doing well for most of the game, including Nate.
again...we still had the lead after Nate fumbled....Ryan drove down field with some great throws for his team.
there is no guarantee that we would have ran out the clock....Nate had a running start and saw the endzone..we were only winning by one point... our Offense only scored 1 TD the whole game and that was back in the first QTR.
I don't agree with what Nate did, but I understand what he was trying to do.
I don't know how you blame Nate more so than Alex.
So our defense screws the pooch, and it's a great play by the other team, but it's always alex's fault forth int?
Just playing some devil's advocate
no, just saying Ryan made some sick throws for his team, he came through for them...even though he was struggling for most of the game.... heck he came back after that INT, and still drove down field.
not too many QBs get a second chance like that.....last year, Alex had that same type of chance against the Titans....threw a crucial INT....then by chance he had another opportunity to come through for his team....but what did he do?...threw another INT.
I'm saying Ryan came through for his team, Alex did not....from a common QB position stand point.
