Most teams do most years. Unless the team in question has an elite QB and/or pass rushers.

But the answers to those questions will be different than the previous few years.

Most bad teams do most years. Most good teams address their needs in the off-season and come back a better team imo. The 49ers addressed the O-line, time to see if Alex finally comes through and if the defense can do it again. I think the defense can do it again and that the O-line will hold up, still not convinced about Alex but I keep hearing nothing but good things from the beat-writers.

Does Crabtree move over to flanker, with Mogan and Ginn sharing duties as Split end?
Whos first off the bench, Jones or Hill and what spot are they getting reps at

Does Baas get any reps as Center, or does Wallace get all the backup reps?
whos first off the bench backing up Chilo

How does Vann and Williams do fielding punts on what should be pretty windy conditions

Who starts at Sam Linebacker

Paymah, K.Smith, James, Adams, Stoudamire, Brock... which ones look good in coverage

I don't think Spencer is unhappy with his contract, he just likes to work out on his own. He did the same thing when he was rehabbing from his torn ACL.
