Oh there's no way this sucker won't pass, it has Goodell's blessing, with guaranteed Superbowl hosting (this was probably Goodell's end of the deal for us playing in the UK this year; national exposure).

Before Eddie. D blew it for us (with the riverboat gambling boat crap), the last stadium deal was practically a green light after (then-commish) Paul Tagliabue garnered it to be a future Superbowl venue, himself.
