The ownership has been not put together anything that resembles an NFL offense for 7 years. It's all smoke and mirrors most of the time. I think the front office is not very efficient. That is just one man's view.

If these knuckleheads don't hold a presser or issue a statement in the morning of 3/19 that sheds some light on why their GM is gone, they will only look more incompetent (if possible).

They are not lucky per say. Just born into the right family which makes a huge difference in life. And Parage Marathe is highly educated in his case. Not qualified for what he is doing but he is educated.
