I just have this gut feeling that this is the game that alex will finally have his break out game for two reasons:
1. I think he will play with a chip on his shoulders, especially to prove that he deserved to be a better pick than rogers and
2. he has had enough time to work with the first team and is more comfortable and wants to prove that he deserves the starting job
hopefully im right

Every week could be, but every week we're disappointed.
Is this the first time that we've had Rodgers vs. Alex?

He should've had a chip on his shoulder for the Titans game too. What happened? It could be a big game for Alex, or, it could be a horrible game, reminding us yet again that we should've taken Rodgers.
Only time will tell.

thats what i thought when we lost to Tennesse and he had 3picks. Then i had a good feeling he was gonna carve up the Bears, I had Shaub on a bye and started Smith, he gave me 2 fantasy points..
heres to hoping Smith has his coming out party v.s the Pack

i bet alex can't wait to play the packers! if he can get a win vs. aaron rogers that would be huge for his confidence.
with that said for every game that goes by without a breakout game from smith we will have a thread titled: could the game vs team X be Smith's breakout game?
and many more hatting his very existence.

Alex has no heart or any fire in him.
There's one QB in college who has those things, as well as skill, who should be available in the later rounds...

Really? I'd like to see you play with an injured shoulder.
Dumb post of the day.

Alex is playing with an injured shoulder? Alex is soft.
