Baas - maybe keep him for depth, but LG needs to be upgraded.
Snyder.
Roman
Battle
Bruce
Battle and Bruce will most likely be gone. I think we let Baas walk as well.

These players should not (will not?) be on the 2010 Niners:
OL: Baas (will leave in FA), Wallace, Patrick
QB: Smith (Hill stays as a back-up, Davis continues development).
WR: Battle (retirement), Bruce (retirement)
FB: Norris
LB: Ulbrich (medical retirement)
SS: Lewis (too many injuries, declining rapidly)
SS/FS: Roman (just not a "safety blanket" in any sense)
CB: Hudson (good ST'er, but a rookie CB will be less expensive).
That's 11 players that need to be replaced, about a 20% roster turnover. Some of this (QB, LG) might have to come via FA, not the draft. Additionally, some existing starters need to be replaced, with these incumbents sent to the bench for depth. Foir example:
RT: neither Pashos nor Snyder should start.

Robinson- Have no clue what he contributes. ST? Please...we can find someone that can take his place there as well as contribute elsewhere.
Snyder- How many years now and he is still inconsistant.
Baas- Same as Snyder and he is injuty prone.
Bruce- Dont need him anymore.
I'd put Sim in there, but he's played OK these 2 games. Insurance as a back up, but he's old, so if they let him go I wouldn't be surprised.

The killer B's. Bruce, Battle, Baas . . . are all free agents and likely will be gone.
Robinson should not be a return man, but for what we pay the guy he needs to stay around as the special teams ace that he is . . . just don't expect anything more from the guy than he's able to give. He's not a feature back, he's not a lead blocking fullback, he's not a QB. He never has been a star and never will be a star. He's a special teams Captain and 3rd down blocker/receiver. That's what we pay him for.

Replace Smith/Hill with Roethlisberger and this webzone turns into...
"How many Super Bowl trophies can we win in the next 5 years?"
"How many O-lineman will make it to the Pro Bowl? 2 or 3?
"I am worried that we didn't beat Minnesota and Indy by enough points. We can't keep playing games this close if we expect to have home field advantage in the playoffs."
"We should have beaten Tennessee by at least 14 points, not just 13."
There will always be complaining, but with a quarterback like Roethisberger, it would sound much different.
