All we need to worry about are the residents in the City of Santa Clara. In the financing deal that the City is set to vote on next year, the City would need to put up "only" $100 Million of the $900 Million price tag.

I don't think that winning has much to do with whether or not we get a new stadium.
I think it has more to do with how much taxes are going to be increased, how much the 49ers are going to pay etc.
In other words, the bottom line is more to do with money than winning.
