Yeah, and it's pretty sad honestly. The potential of a new stadium in the city of
San Francisco is HUGE. Concerts, conferences, and sporting events of all kinds. Not to mention 49er games.

And the mall idea (although it seems silly at first) was actually a revolutionary business thought. Be it only a few minutes off of 101, it would still be a very busy mall on days where the stadium was dead. Aside, revenue on the day of an event would be ridiculous and would bring in crowds who typically wouldn't visit a mall.

There hasn't been a Football stadium built in this state in over 40 years. Like rep or dem has anything to do with it.

Dems have been in charge of the state for that long. Look at the legislature

I don't think it is sad at all. There are a ton of great venues for concerts and sporting events. We are the only state with the balls to tell owners If you want a stadium to make billions of more dollars build it yourself. Everyone gives so cal a hard time for not having a NFL team but we support the Dodgers and Lakers like no one else. The are always Top five in attendance. Sorry billionaires no free hand out for you.
