They are going to keep Briggs until Brooks is healthy and then he will likely go back to the PS and hopefully we have Sheets on the PS and bring him back to regular roster.

I suppose they had to keep a lot of WRs because of Jones' injury and Crabtree not signing yet. Maybe they can inactivate Crabtree (ie. Did not report?) and add another to the active roster?

Jennings is our 3rd TE... like I was presuming earlier in the day....or they might be looking for someone on the waiver wire.
but like someone pointed out, can Jennings block?.... I know he can catch and he is athletic...

Why? Nice story but when a team is improving late round draft picks shouldn't crack the 53 man roster.
Did he make a single memorable play in the pre-season? Slow, fairly-sure handed dudes are a dime a dozen out there.
