Coffee has been working with and having success with the first team. That should translate to the regular season backing-up Gore.

It's always hard to draw conclussions during preseason, but when you're working with the first team and you're up against the other team's first team, then you can draw some meaningful conclussions. In Coffee's case, he's played very well so far and it probably bodes well for a good season.
