Can we continue our success on the ground VS a talented front line?
Can Sims and Boone take care of their business?
Can our D get a sack from the OLBs?
Can our secondary continue its success?
Can Davis continue his success?
Can Hill sell the play action pass?
Can our WRs maintain their blocks for the RBs at the second level?
Players on my watch list:
M. Lawson--Can he generate the kind of pressure needed at that position?
A. Brooks--Can he finish finally?
B. Sims--Can he increase his game to match the level elevated by Snyder?
S. Hill--Can he make plays when there are opportunities and minimize negative ones?
Ice--C'mon big boy, you got to show more?
Balmer--Finish!
Spurlock--Take it to the house already!
T. Brown--Can he come back to make plays over Bly?
Goldson--I wanna a pick, damn it!
Boone--Make it work...make it work!
N. Davis--Jump over and take the third spot!
I am lookin' forward to this game tonight. I do care who wins on this one...I never want us to lost against these yahoos. Instead, I want us to polverize them to smitherines! So that first half will be a doozy, IMO.
Here's to the win...*lifts his glass of mango infused tequila shot to toast and drinks it *

and IF we do fall behind, how will Raye and offense change to try and win the game? will we continue to run or open up the passing portion of the playbook?

This game above all others will give us a good indication of where this team is at.

my friend (cowboys fan) thinks Whitten is a better blocking tight-end than Vernon Davis. I told him I thought Whitten as shown more as a receiver than Vernon but I think Vernon is a better blocker. I guess we'll see tonight.

Excellent question!
There you are. That is it. What will Raye do if he's down and has to use the pass to come back. If I were Raye, I would come out with the pass just to throw them off. Why not? Then come with the run...the ol' Walsh (RIP) style.
I would like to see starting QB do some deep passing, but I have to be patient because it will come given Raye's O. No reason to show it in preseason just to appease us fans.
But, it sure would be nice.
