thats bull s**t. the team has a policy they don't publicly announce signings until the player is in the building and puts ink to paper. and the matt's would have at least known he was in Santa Clara.

Exactly and we would be stupid to give it to him. Pretty much all first rounders sign 5 year deals and we better not be the first team to screw that up.
