This is just a treasure trove of stuff. Thanks for taking the time to show us this collection IWAS. Brings back a lot of memories.
I've seen the outside of Kezar before. Never got the chance to go inside though. Cool looking place indeed.
Thanks again.

I've recently scoured many, many boxes of photographs at my dad's house for the last few days. Now that I'm home, I will be scanning in and posting them, one at a time.
This is at Kezar, in the summer of '78, either Team Photo Day, Family Day, or just a camp open to the public. (IWAS 7 years old). If you look closely, in his hands you will see him holding a stack of 3 x 5 cards. When asked for an autograph, he merely handed out a rubber-stamped card. I haven't seen my copy, but I expect that my dad has it, somewhere, in one of his fire-proof safes.
You're lucky #32 didn't cut your head off or anything.

I got to meet Bubba once at Serramonte mall when I was a kid and I kept thinking "how on earth do human beings get so big?" LOL

Did the team wear gray pants then or was that just what he wore to practice?

I feel like preemptively retiring number 52, going back in time, and--with all due respect--making Mr. Leopold take off that jersey.

I can find no #97 on the '78 squad.
Was this at Kezar? If so, very pretty.
