Since I can only see the "9", I'll assume this is QB Joe Reed, but if someone longer in the tooth corrects me, I'll take their word for it.

Okay, thanks to this pic, I am able to say that this day (and series of pics) are from the summer of 1979.
My dad has an enlarged pic him and Montana from this day (we've been Norte Dame fans just as long as SF fans, so no one was around Joe, "this skinny, 3rd round draft pick", but us.). I tried desperately to find it, but no luck... yet.
The only copy is a poster-sized autographed copy in Pop's pool-room.
