Does anyone know if Michael Mina's Bourboun Steak and Pub is open to the public during preseason and more importantly during away games? Or is it strictly for those how have bought the Michael Mina tailgate package?

Its open year round. Every day.
If you have the Tailgate membership, dunno about that with away games.
