The progress and cost saving is almost too good to be true. I hope a scandal doesn't ever come out where the mob is involved or we're using Chinese slave labor.

Welcome to 49ers Field, home of the Oakland Raiders
Really not shocking. Team is better, so they are selling seat licenses and the economy has started to recover from when they first got the loans, and the niners preforming well means less of a risk for banks to recover the money they loan. Simply good team, better economy means a better loan rate.

They need to refinance now, before the rates change again.

This should go nowhere. Pretty stupid allegations.

I think people are confused about the the 90 mil cost reduction.

Its not that the 1.2 billion dollar stadium will now cost just over 1.1 billion. I means that 1.2 billion stadium that would ACTUALLY have cost 1.6 to 2 billion when factoring in the interest from the loan will cost 90 mil in less interest.

Anyone who has purchased a home can tell you the little shocker you see when you look at the "truth in lending" form that shows that the 600K house you are buying will actually cost you over 1 million when you factor in interest over 30 years.

Bottom line....don't start looking for any rebates on your SBLs. All the Stadium Authority is doing is taking advantage of a better interest rate.

Lawyers spend more of their time LOOKING for a lawsuit then they do actually dealing with a lawsuit. It's their livelihood. Often times, it's cheaper to settle than pay attorney fees.

Bad news for the Dolphins Stadium… A statement is coming to say lawmakers rejected the stadium bill for improvements. Good news for SF

What does this mean? For Super Bowl 50, Niners become the front-runner (if they don't re-start the process). Same for Houston and 51
