Can anyone help me. I have a toshiba satallite laptop but it has a lag everytime i stream live games. Is this a laptop problem or just bad connection from the feeds. The laptop runs at a decent speed

I don't think anyone can point out the cause with such a slight info. Probably one of the next.

・ Basic performance of your laptop
・ Reliability of the streaming site
・ Speed of your home Internet conection

Toshiba satellite series is mainly used for business purpose. That's reliable enough without your laptop being too old.
