He's overrated in fact most ppl forgot that even after his first 3 SBs most ppl still considered Manning the better QB and tommy boy nothing more than a great game manager with elite defense and cheating autistic coach. Let's also remember the fact that his division was absolute s**t for 2 decades allowing him to amass so many 1 seeds (guaranteed 5/6 wins a year, funny how he left when Bills took over and went to another s**t division). He barely needed to put more than 20 points to win most games for 2 decades. He lost to Eli twice despite elite defensive performance by his team and some scrub backup QB (critical fumble).
He ended his career in disgrace (playing to the last minute in a game already decided and nearly paralyzing one his WRs with an awful pass) and divorce. His kids f**king hate him so prolly feels like going back to one place morons give him undying love and call him the GOAT like morons on this board.
Montana will always be the GOAT. 4 SBs in 10 seasons starting as our QB before suffering a devastating elbow injury (surgery was s**t back then for repair). Would have had at least 4 more if league was as p***y soft as it is now back then. Back then you could kill the QB and get 0 penalty flags...now just breathe on the QB or hit him out of bounds and you are looking at 50k fine and possible suspension if you have a star QBs.
