Javon Kinlaw is a Jet!-Pick #14, 2020 NFL Draft.

We're already expected to have 12 picks next draft, no reason to keep adding more just cause.

He's not standing out, but he's doing his job, and if he can keep giving AA and Grave spells to keep them fresh then he's adding to the team even without splash plays.

Long season and people get injured all the time, no need to be thinking of shipping off bodies in week 3.
It feels weird typing this, but Kinlaw is destroying people out there through a quarter and a half.

He is! And he's fired up about it.
Guy is having an incredible game.
Its so interesting that he keeps getting great grades, yet just watching the game and focusing on him, he doesnt seem to be affecting much. Like yesterday, he demolished his man at one point, but he never really got close to getting to Jones. This has happened a few times this season where he beats his man, but doesnt really do much after that. He doesnt get to the QB, move him off his mark, etc. Like, what good is beating your man if thats pretty much all you do and not really affect the play?

He had 4 pressure last night, 10 on the year, and was beating his man repeatedly.
Drawing double teams is having an indirect affect tho.

Baby steps. At least he's not getting beaten.
You know ShanaLynch got beat up plenty for taking Aiyuk and Kinlaw in that little 2-for-1ish exchange by the expert analysts here.

And you cant anticipate injuries to drafted players,....but how does "wanting" Aiyuk and Kinlaw instead of taking one 1st rounder that year look now?

Yes, I acknowledged that he was beating his man.

SWH is right. Kinlaw is starting to win his one-on-ones, which is fantastic, but isnt finishing. I've noticed that he continues to hesitate after he wins as if he's surprised by his own success. He needs to work on controlled violence to maintain his balance after contact and keeping those feet pumping the entire rep.

he hasn't had the real reps to see what he can do while not missing plays/games due to the knee.

he's filling in nicely as depth
He finally looks healthy to me and is playing decent. He's the perfect rotational guy.

He was completely lost on the Brieda TD inside the 7 yard line. I'm happy with the baby steps but his awareness is atrocious at times.

Was it him? I looked at that play last night and I thought I saw Givens (#90) with a bad play. Warner also got worked on that play.
