Just heard on NFL network it is 7 M guaranteed.
Still though, what a waste of money. Heck I would take CJ and Hoyer over Keenum, Kelly and Hogan.

Think there's a method to Elway's madness this time...he's not enamored with Keenum, & wanted another vet QB for his 1st pick in the draft, Sr QB Drew Lock of Missouri to understudy. He really likes him and having Flacco would give Lock time to learn the offense and potentially take over in 2020. For once, I think he just might be making the right moves. Of course, we'll have to wait & see. He'd better get this one right.

I think the NFL is fine with it because it keeps the sport in the news during this dead period.
