No, it isn't just as likely as Carr. It's pretty clear that Jon Gruden is dumping players that aren't "his guys." Carr isn't his guy. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever to consider trading Jimmy.

Carr easily. It doesn't seem like Gruden is all in on him, which is dumb because I think he is a good QB to build around, but its his team so whatever. I see Carr as a Dolphin or a Giant.
