I don't think he knows how to rebuild a team. adding a bunch of aging vets and making your roster the oldest in the league is not rebuilding. Niner Talk would be a hot mess if he was our coach.

With Gruden at the the helm of a new Las Vegas franchise, they should consider renaming the city to Del Boca Vista.
