I was high on him coming out. Lots of physical traits you like, and he has a lot of power when he makes a hit. I hope he gets moved up after this week.

He was active for the team's season opener at San Francisco, but played single-digit snaps and injured his knee in the process, landing on injured reserve and missing virtually his entire rookie season.
Hall was always going to take some time to develop. A raw 6-foot-5, 265 pounds coming out of college, the rangy defensive end was drafted in the third round of last year's draft to learn under a veteran like Peppers. But Hall wasn't able to learn on the field. Instead, he had to pick up the things that he could while rehabbing his injured knee, complicating his unknown role heading into his second professional season.
