Slow down guys, it was his first live game reps after knee surgery, he's just back to practicing - he's well behind the pace so lets not write him off yet.

If he's playing the same way in the 4th preseason game then we worry far more.

The Niners will probably have to cut more than one good receiver during final cuts. They will not cut any good pass rushers because they have none. Whoops, not re-signing Dumervil, that's almost like cutting.

This. He was reportedly having a solid camp before getting injured. He may or may not work out but one game won't decide that. Let's give him a couple more games to see what happens before freaking out.
