Not necessarily. They could be using Tyrod as the bridge to their next QB.

tyrod may not be a spectacular pro bowl qb this move makes it easier for cleveland to consider saquon at 1 and select whichever qb is available at 4.

I love how trade friendly the NFL is now under the current CBA. One of the better aspects of the current deal (and there are also several drawbacks).

McCarron isn't going to make a lot of money and has strong ties to Hue.
