You also seem to ignore that most of his idiotic moments happened when he was around the same age that Foster is now. Up until his bs story about getting shot in 2016, he's completely kept his nose clean for years. We just need 2 seasons of him keeping it that way as we find someone younger to replace him at the end of his contract.

We would pass on him because off the field he gets in trouble and on the field he's done shady stuff that resulted in his ejection. Troublemaker off the field, selfish and outspoken on the field. No thanks. Our culture is great reportedly. Why introduce a figure like Talib into that? A figure who pushed his own teammate less than two years ago and had to publicly apologize?
