I think if you go back and read about other offseasons in Bell's career, he consistently gains weight and then is ready to play come the season. I would not say he isn't dedicated to his craft when he has been one of the top RB's in the game since he's been in the league. Not every player is a workout warrior like Antonio Brown

who stays in top shape year round.

Guess who's back on the market! Not a super big need for us though. Where do you think he winds up? I dont think the Steelers would take him back. Texans could use him for sure.
