Day is more of a 3T but probably can do Big End as well. We don't have much at 3T in base behind Buck.

Apparently the knock on him is that he's either an undersized DT or a short/pudgy DE. Either way, much more upside than a 30+ something that has no future on the team (Tony McDaniel).

Yup, put him at 3t and let him attack. That's what he does best. He's a great fit for those looping and slanting stunts Saleh likes.

well at least 2 of those will be gone soon, so why not test the waters?
Oh yeah, I have no issue with the get if they think it's got potential for an upgrade and his youth and skill set seem to fit what we're looking for but with Thomas sidelined, Lynch, Elvis' age, Harold non existent, Pita inactive, we might want to try out some edge defenders and see if we can unearth a gem. It looks like we're set at BE for the next 10 years. LOL

Yeah, McDaniel is already gone so probably next up to get cut is Datone Jones.
