It doesn't hurt to sign him to a 2yr team friendly deal, he's solid on STs, and played ok on defense, considering the injuries, and the bad play by some like Armstrong, who was waived.

Yup, he's like a Kilgore for me, doesn't do everything you'd like so you want an upgrade. However he knows his job and you could do worse.
