Me too dammit! Must be nice having one of the best tandems of wide receivers in the NFL. Finally he's using them.

We'll see how he does when the games matter, which has been his kryptonite.

This.

Cousins kryptonite has been games period as his teams are always 8-8. Being 5-2 is a huge step for him.
Cousins loses another "big" game. Without Mahomes... I think the Vikings FO probably wishes they signed Alex Smith as opposed to Cousins. Alex has showed he can perform against the big dogs as opposed to Cousins.

This Vikings roster is so damn talented. Glad they won't have home-field advantage in a loud dome.

Care to elaborate on this?

Yeah, he played well against the Saints in a playoff game with the Niners. Also, he played well against the Colts in the playoffs with the Chiefs. He also slayed Tom Brady week one two years ago when he had his MVP caliber performance.

Now lets circle back to Cousins... this thread is about him. Smith should be even better in big games, but when compared to Cousins he is leaps and bounds ahead. Cousins has been horrendous in bigger games and the loss yesterday was inexcusable.

The Viking fans were expecting a lot more from Cousins. Go in their forums. Lots of frustration

Putting a lot of burden on a QB who threw for 3 TDs with zero turnovers as opposed to a supposedly great defense that got bent over and given the no lube treatment by All Pro QB Matt Moore.

KC averaged over 8 yards a rush and almost 6.5 yards per play period.

But yeah, Minnesota's biggest problem was Cousins. It was the guy who led them down the field in the 4th to get them a TD only to watch their vaunted defense give up the booty to a team playing their third string QB shortly after.

Without his best receiver for more than 1 offensive play and his 2nd best receiver being blanketed all game for 1 catch.

He needed to do more. 220 yards passing on that crap defense is failing his team. He's supposed to be a franchise qb. Matt Moore beat him. Overall consensus from experts is Smith is better than cousins

Kc didn't have their QB. Smiths had no WRs against the Saints. Have to persevere. The good ones just get the job done

Didn't get the job done against NYG the next week. Couldn't even pick up a 3rd down.

Will agree he was better wit KC. With the 9ers tho Alex was exceedingly average.

Meh, any halfway functional quarterback will flourish with the Chiefs because the offensive playcalling is just that good and the depth of talent so great. Matt Moore's performances this year without a proper preseason should be prove of that, IMO.
