I understand the negativity of some of the posters after a while of losing but sometimes we have to give the process a chance and a time to work itself out. Most of the time if not always those people not involved in the process are always proven wrong. Posters, unlike the scouts, don't travel across the United States to watch prospects games. Posters, unlike the coaches, are not involved in practices. I, too, suffered a long time of frustrations but I never lost faith in our team. I knew it's only a matter of time to get the right people to run the show, the right people to execute the Niners way of playing again and the right culture where everyone is in the same page and willing to do what it takes and the sacrifices a team needs to win that ultimate prize of playing football, the super bowl. I don't want to put the cart before the horse but my guts telling me something really good is cooking this year.
