PRICE WILL BE PAID if you try and go with your rules in the NFL.. especially if your production is not the greatest...

but with all honesty, we gave Eli every chance possible, the 1st pre season alone, I thought that PITA was a much better player who also fit our 4-3 scheme... Eli is more of a 3-4 standout (OLB) in my opinion

I'm personally encouraged by the trade of Harold. I think it means the rise of some other players. Much like the McDonald trade to PITT last year. The young guys are showing more than Baalkes guys and they get at least some value out of them.

So I read that Eli has week 2 verses the 49ers marked......wonderful. He can summon all that he has done in the last 3 years. Cummatively that might make for a mediocre game from him.
