His success to date and his success going forward for the Rams largely depends on Schotty. He failed in the first half of the year to maximize Austin's unique skillset. Obviously some blame can lay on TA's shoulders but Schottenheimer offense is far too conservative.

Reggie Wayne's injury impacted the Colts offense even more than I expected. It's clear he was Andrew's security blanket and with the exception of that lucky 4th quarter comeback against the Texans, Luck has looked terrible ever since.
