Good for him. I hope he does well.
As for "should we have traded him".... absolutely we did the right thing trading him. We got a good QB in Kap. We added Tank Carradine with the Chiefs pick this year. Tank could be one of the best defensive players in the league in a couple years. The guy is a beast and a sack machine. We will also get a high pick next year, which we could use to get a CB or a WR.
So it is looking like a win-win trade so far.

I do hate the Broncos though, so if they beat the Broncos, then
And I grew up in an era where the salary cap didn't exist..so being a fan of a player and/or a team was almost the same thing.
I agree... Really, it was Deion Sanders that changed that for me... I loved to hate him, then loved him, then hated him...
So damn true. Still respect the athlete but the man is a fool.

That hit changed history.
It was over when ...
Seahawks defensive end Rocky Bernard knocked out 49ers quarterback Alex Smith on the third play from scrimmage. Not that Trent Dilfer isn't a capable backup quarterback, but the 49ers never seemed to be able to muster much offense after Bernard's KO, as the Seahawks cruised to an easy victory.

Good for Alex and the Chiefs. I won't say that it would be nice to see him do well. KC will be a good chance for him. I'm not a huge Alex fan, I'd just like to see a guy who has had a rough career end up with something good. It also benefits the 49ers with a good mid-late round 2nd pick if he does well so...go Chefs!

Actually, you could have requoted him...it would have worked.
