Why would we even consider Riley when we have good group of young wideouts that need the reps.

Because he know's Chip's system and is 6'4", 230lbs. We don't have anyone like that on the roster. I wouldn't be surprised if he comes to SF as long as he's not asking for too much $$.

Yeah, Just talking to a friend of mine who's an Eagles fan, we both agree that its likely that he comes to the 49ers on a one year, prove it deal as I doubt anyone else in the league will give him an opportunity plus his familiarity with Chip and his system. Although I dont want him to be a 49er but I think it will happen.
