We play our best against high flying offenses. We beat GB, NO, NE, CHI, BUF, DET, etc.

We match up much better against ATL. I want no part of Seattle right now.

Its just funny how we can't beat teams that are built just like the Niners. You'd think we would know how to defeat ourselves.

Dead serious. I've said from the start that RG3 had a dangerous arrogance about his abilities. It's how he got hurt to begin with, running with such recklessness.

Do you have any idea how the chain of command works in football? You do understand that RG3 is a competitor and withh do anything his coach asks of him? includeing putting his body in harms way?

How is it any differant than Frank Gore? Gut had a broken f**king hip and we had to pretty much take his helmet away. NFL players are competitors at the highest level. It is a coaches responsibility to see when they are too injured to play, or are hurting their team with their inability to play.

No, the player also has a responsibility to be honest and admit he's too injured to play, especially when it's clear he's hurting the team. I'm not excusing Shanahan at all, but nor do I absolve RG3 of any responsibility to do what's best for the team. He's not a robot obligated to follow Shanhan's orders. In fact, he's the one who's been pressuring the team to let him take off the brace, and he was upset they didn't let him play against Cleveland.

Im done debateing this with you. You obviously have some sort of unhealthy dislike for RG3. Like another poster said, had he pulled himself you would probably be questioning his heart and character for pulling himself.

Nope, I'd applaud him for doing what's best for the team.

I just disagree. It's completely on the coach to notice what is going on with his freaking starting QB and realize when he is very noticeably injured.

Also the whole reason I decide to respond to you was that you said you would not feel sorry if RGIII tore his ACL because of his arrogance and pride. To me that is just a completely callous and tasteless statement on your part.

I make no apologies for not feeling sorry for a player who I think was reckless with his health and put his pride and ego above the team.

I'm stating facts, fool

I kno, im just fooling with you, my implication as that if seattle beats ATL youll junx it and they will be superbowl bound.

I know good dude. They won't beat Atl. I'm stating that fact, too

I dont share your faith in ATL, but i hope you are right. i would rather play ATL on the road than peacocks at home.

No way. The Seahawks are not that good. This game was all Washington until RGIII got hurt and blew it away. Id much rather play the Hawks at home than go to ATL.

I agree that Seattle is good. But they're defense is breakable. If you look at the first two WAS drives, it was similar to our type of offense. Relying on Morris, then letting RGIII do his bit with the arm and legs. If not for an injury, I just dont think SEA had a shot in this game. WAS gave it away.

I think SEA would be tough, but I think they're an easier matchup for us defensively than having to face Gonzalez, White, Jones, etc. In either case, Im confident we could beat either.

If RG3 weren't injured, this would have gone the Redskins way without question. Their defense played well enough to keep Seattle in check, but no defense can keep it up the entire game especially when your offense is not producing.

But one thing teams can learn from this is that both the Rams and the Redskins have figured out a way to slow down Wilson. They're not running away with the games anymore.

I guess you just have a twisted view on life man. Not gonna argue with you because I know it won't change your mind. But please Just think about the fact that you are sitting here being smug about the fact that a player got injured and then think about how that might reflect on you as a person. Have fun with that.

Good for that guy, Sherman is the type of person who (all season) has gone up to people and talked trash after games.

I hope the Hawks beat ATL because I want them at the stick. This is a revenge game for the blowout they gave us several weeks ago, except this game has more meaning then the last one. What a way to stick it to the Hawks then beat them at home ending their season. Sounds easier said than done, but very doable.

The only thing that concerns me is the balance between our running game and Kaep. The offense has seemed to leaned away from the running game a bit since Kaep took over. Best way to beat Seattle is keep Wilson off the field
