Wow @ Cleveland. Was it just Rod Chudzinski that was fired or did they let his staff go as well?

no they claimed to have retained all of the assistants and the OC(Turner) and DC(Horton) but that the next coach would get to decide their future.

Which was obviously a lot of BS cause Lombardi is hiring a DC before the HC.....Unless they are just promoting Turner to HC?

Solid signing, Lovie can handle the pressure. Will probably be the best choice of all the openings.

S**t is nuts in Cleveland as usual. Everything is pointing towards Ray Horton and Norv Turner not returning and then there is this.....

Apparently Turner and Chud worked proactively to bury Brian Hoyer behind the other QBs.

Turner is also wondering why Banner/Lombardi sent Richardson packing, Haslam OKing the move should signal a clear intent to rebuild but they still fire Chud after just 1 year?

....So as usual it is as dysfunctional as ever in the factory of sadness.

The loser in the Lovie Smith hiring: Darrelle Revis; doesn't fit a typical Tampa 2 corner and would save the team 16 mil.

Bucs made some smart moves. Biggest issue is QB. And I am real curious to see what Tedford can do cultivating an nfl QB. Would be real interesting if they draft Carr.

This is relevant because the Lions don't have a head coach right now but it's also funny as hell. I read where Charles Barkley said the other day that the Detroit Lions are an example of a team who have a whole bunch of talent but don't have any clue about how to play football. He was making a comparison to alot of NBA teams he sees who are plenty talented enough but will never win anything because they have no clue. Pretty sure he was talking about the Knicks and the Nets. f***ing Charles Barkley LOL.
