Greatest/Pivotal moments in every franchise history

Because of the lul of NFL news I thought this might be a good thread idea.

After watching the '81 Niners/Cowboys NFCCG on Nfl network I got to thinking, what do you guys think is the most pivotal moments for each franchise. It doesn't necessarily have to be "when they won the superbowl" but I'm thinking more of franchise changing/defining moments. What do you guys think?

I don't have a ton of football history knowledge past the 80's so my answers will be a little biased towards more "present day" moments. So chime in you old-timers :)

NFC West:
Arizona Cardinals - Signing an aging Kurt Warner which turned their franchise around from a woeful to a competitive team that went to the SB
San Francisco 49ers - "The catch" which started their 80's dyanasty
Seattle Seahawks - Losing in the SB? LOL
St. Louis Rams- Trent Green injury which led to Kurt Warners reign and the "greatest show on turf"

AFC West:
Denver Broncos - Trading for Elway and then later drafting Terrell Davis which put them over the top and led them to 2 SB victories
Kansas City Chiefs - win a Superbowl donkeys years ago and do nothing much since.
Oakland Raiders - Bo Jackson's injury? Immaculate reception? Al Davis ownership?
San Diego Chargers - Drafting LT put this franchise on the map and led to their winning ways

NFC East:
Dallas Cowboys - Trading Hersel Walker and getting a treasure trove of draft picks leading to their "triplets"
New York Giants - Draft day trade of Eli Manning changed their course of history
Philadelphia Eagles - Drafting McNabb who was an unpopular pick to say the least
Washington Redskins - Drafting RG3 ? LOL

AFC East:
Buffalo Bills - 2 Missed superbowl field goals sent them spiraling
Miami Dolphins - Marino retires with no QB for the future
New England Patriots - Drew Bledsoe goes down and Tom Brady (#199) comes in, the Tuck Rule?
New York Jets - Namath's "guarantee"

NFC North:
Chicago Bears - Walter Payton
Detroit Lions - drafting Barry Sanders
Green Bay Packers - Backup Brett Farve comes in....you fill in the rest
Minnesota Vikings - coming up with a stupid nickname like The Purple People Eaters?

AFC North:
Baltimore Ravens - Drafting Ray Lewis morphed their defense into a powerhouse every year
Cincinnati Bengals - getting beaten in two superbowls, by, um, who was it again?
Cleveland Browns - Art Modell reminds fans that rich men dont give a s**t about them.
Pittsburgh Steelers - hiring Chuck Noll

NFC South:
Atlanta Falcons - Getting beaten in the SB
Carolina Panthers - Drafting Cam? LOL
New Orleans Saints - Signing an injured Brees which propelled them from a bottom basement team to a playoff team
Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Bringing in Gruden to get them over the hump and win a SB

AFC South:
Houston Texans - Drafting Andre Johnson?
Indianapolis Colts - Peyton Manning nuff said
Jacksonville Jaguars - Drafting MJD, making them relevant in the NFL?
Tennessee Titans - Music City Miracle?

I got alot of question marks here guys, help me out!

Lol some franchises are hard, I'll add those for the time being, maybe someone can help better fill those in.
Cleveland Browns - Art Modell reminds fans that rich men dont give a s**t about them.

Atlanta - get beaten in a Superbowl

KC - win a Superbowl donkeys years ago and do nothing much since.

And that is all of them!
hahaha aw, I hope this isnt turning into a joke thread :) I thought I had a good thread idea hehe
Charles Haley to the Cowboys probably cost the 9ers 2 or 3 Superbowls.

The Broncos didn't draft Elway, the Colts drafted him and traded him to Denver.
