b******t. The NFL already knows this is an issue and is trying to do stuff to protect the players. Rule changes, new protocols, etc. This lawsuit isn't going to make the game safer or make the NFL own up to something.
This is a straight money grab. That is all it is. The judge should do the right thing and throw it out.

Players complain about the league getting more strict and its their own fault
Don't sue the nfl for head injuries and expect then not to do something about it
It's still a business at its core
